Hey, I'm Sonia!
Fueled by a deep belief that property should build your future (not overwhelm it) I’ve spent the last 20+ years helping everyday Australians invest with confidence.

I started my career in the big firms but quickly realised something was missing: long-term care. Too many people were left to figure it out alone once the deal was done.

So in 2007, I launched Southern Cross Investment Properties to change that. Since then, we’ve helped over 1,000 clients (many of whom are still with us today) buy smart, plan ahead, and grow their wealth.
